2008 White House Christmas Ornament by George Gadson

Christmas at the White House sets the tone for Christmas across America.

George Gadson, renowned south Florida sculptor, received a call from United States Congressman Alcee Hastings' office of Florida’s 23rd Congressional District, inviting him to do an ornament for this year’s White House Christmas Tree. Gadson’s design of the nine-inch ball included two palm trees sculpted from miniature US flags.
